1. Return & Refund Timeframe
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
- If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.
2. Return Conditions
For your return to be approved, the product must:
- Be in its original packaging.
- Show no signs of use.
- Include all tags and accessories (if applicable).
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.
3. Return Process

- Approval: Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions and a return address.
- Shipping: You must send the item back within 7 days after approval.
- Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
4. Return Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect), we will cover the shipping cost.
- For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds

- The time to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or final clearance items.
