At RyzeFit, we want you to have the best shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Return & Refund Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Show no signs of use.
  • Include all tags and accessories (if applicable).

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

  1. Request: Send an email to [support@ryzefit.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions and a return address.
  3. Shipping: You must send the item back within 7 days after approval.
  4. Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

4. Return Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect), we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The time to receive the refund may vary depending on the payment provider.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or final clearance items.
  • Underwear and accessories for hygiene reasons.
